Remember the Aussie wool felt i got in the mail the other day.... i got busy creating hair clips for Monster#2. And boy do they look yummy...literally yummy....cupcakes!
The wool felt were pretty soft so i had inserted a sheet of apparel stabalizer under each piece of felt.It kind of gave the felt abit more structure n durability. I mean if my Monster was gonna use it... it had to be super duarable.
The strawberry cake top is splashed with 'chocolate rainbow sprinkles' & i decorated the cup with matallic emboidery floss, coz plain floss just dun cut it for me
I used a 50mm snap clip for this project. The clip is sandwiched between the 2 felt pieces using an iron on seam. It was expensive but it was time-saving . Plus i was nearly going cock-eyed sewing the floss n beads in the middle of the night...hehe
